We formed Paladin to allow us to have a vehicle by which we could attract and gainfully employ a special group of "A" players - - - those individuals every company wants to have in abundance, but whose numbers usually represent only the top few percent of all employees.

We have access to exceptional people, and we enjoy assembling the best team possible for the mission.
We recognize that consultants are most effective when there is an appropriate fit between ourselves and our client. We will not undertake work without a mutual understanding of what constitutes a successful outcome for our client. We do not believe that consultants should supplant full-time client staff – there may be a short-term need to fill a critical vacancy of a key employee, and we will help you find the right person to fill those vacancies.
We think the best consultants provide objective and independent assessments supported by facts and data. We understand risk-benefit analyses, and we work to understand the fiscal and stakeholder pressures affecting our clients.
